Refund Policy

Lesics Engineers Pvt Ltd strives to deliver high-quality products and services that meet customer expectations. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we offer a limited refund and exchange policy for regular, non-promotional merchandise.

Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery for physical products, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. The product must be returned in resalable condition. Used, damaged, or incomplete items will not be accepted.

Exclusions
The following items are non-refundable and final sale:

• Limited edition or campaign-based products

• Digital products and downloaded content

• Gift cards and vouchers

• Custom-developed engineering solutions or software

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lesics.com. Include clear photos of the product and packaging, along with your order number. We will arrange a return and issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at info@lesics.com with your order details. Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
