Product Availability
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, due to high demand, product availability is not guaranteed until checkout is completed and payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders.

Limited Edition Campaigns
Special campaign products are offered in limited quantities and are final sale. Campaigns close when sold out or at the end of the promotional period. These items are not restocked or resold.

Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability shall not exceed ₹8,000 or the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. You waive the right to class action or jury trial.
