Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@lesics.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the product back using a trackable method.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Defective Items
If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us within 7 days. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
