Processing Time

  • Standard orders: 1–2 business days

  • Print-on-demand items: 5–7 business days (production time) before shipping

  • Custom engineering products: As per agreed project timeline

Shipping Methods
We partner with reliable couriers such as FedEx, Delhivery, and India Post. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout and are based on destination and service type.

International Shipping
Available for select products. International customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties and taxes

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Local regulatory compliance

We do not provide refunds for delays caused by customs or force majeure events.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be restricted to specific regions due to licensing, shipping limitations, or legal compliance. Orders placed outside permitted zones will be canceled and refunded.

Tracking & Delivery
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number once the order is dispatched. Delivery estimates are provided but not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays or missed deliveries.
